Haste manifests through each of the four lower centers. We are driven to eat quickly, move quickly, interact quickly and think quickly. In most of these instances, haste is unwarranted. It is therefore a habit that must be understood and curbed. In this workshop we will share personal observations on haste, seek to understand its root, and offer tools to use this habit to Be.
